In recent years, I’ve observed that the hospitality industry can be unpredictable. Some businesses are restructuring and cutting back on roles while others may struggle to find the right candidates. There are times when a hotel may not require a full-time employee and occasionally a short-term project may need a helping hand. With this presenting as a challenge, I saw this as an opportunity to offer my experience to hospitality businesses – that’s when Hospitality Answers arrived!
With nearly three decades in the hospitality industry, I have a wealth of expertise in sales management, revenue management, software, business development, and online travel. These areas have significant synergies and are crucial for achieving successful commercial results.
My involvement in diverse projects such as implementing new systems, navigating changes in ownership, managing new property openings, and orchestrating global price increases has equipped me with a wealth of experience to support interim projects.
Holding a HOSPA Revenue Management qualification and managing many central sales teams means I can share my experience and adapt my skills seamlessly in different areas.
Enhancing the customer journey with compelling online content, and adjusting rates and restrictions can give a spike in bookings, this is an area in which I enjoy! With the right systems and processes in place, exceptional results can be achieved.
